I love the culture and community in Phoenix. This is my home. Through a beautiful journey of discovering my passions, I have cultivated and created a healing practice that allows each individual client the time and space necessary for compassionate care.

I realized pretty early on that I have a desire to help people with health and wellness. I’ve been a nurse, a fitness trainer, a yoga instructor, and a Thai massage practitioner: I’m currently an Ashiatsu massage therapist. Personal development work and lifting my consciousness has led me to develop a process to coach others through difficult times of transition in their lives.

When I discovered Ashiatsu massage it was completely by accident, but for me it is one of those things that it came as such a match I didn’t have to question my fortune – I loved it from the first. Ashiatsu is a deep pressure massage that utilizes the feet as opposed to the hands. The experience offers a more comfortable, luxurious and deeper pressure that can be done more slowly to enhance relaxation, heal more deeply, allow for better circulation, and present a deeper feeling of wellbeing.

In more recent times I found breathwork when I had attending a workshop with a friend. Breathwork is the intentional use of very specific types of breathing patterns to invoke a deep healing and sometimes spiritual experience.  I loved how transformative the experience was for me. I loved how breathwork helped me, and it didn’t just get to my initial inner work, but as I continued the practice it helped me to peel back many more layers and that opened me up for the healing of those deeper things. In so doing, it helped me to discover on a deeper level, what my own work actually was spiritually, psychically, and emotionally. As I became comfortable doing the work regularly, I felt called to provide a safe space to guide others. I love holding space for my clients as they process through what came up in their sessions. It’s never the same for any two people, or any two sessions!  When approached with an open mind and an open heart, this work can be profound and even life changing.

On the suggestion of one of my clients, I began to combine Ashiatsu massage and breathwork together.  They have been such powerful tools in tandem that I decided to combine coaching with the process as well. I do this in an attempt to provide deeper clarity around the things that come up for my clients as they process though the power of breathwork. What I realize now more than anything is: that my passion is holding space for my clients on their individual journey, whatever that looks like.  Whether holding that space for growth is massage, breathwork, life coaching, or a combination, we can work together to design how you would like your sessions to look.
